Azerbaijan has extracted 39 million tons of oil and 21.6 billion cubic meters of gas in January-October, 2011.
The figure is down by 9.1% and 2.7% compared to 2010, the State Statistical Committee said.
Azerbaijan extracted 51 million tons of oil and 27 billion cubic meters of gas in 2010.
