Economic growth in Azerbaijan is expected to be 0.2% this year, this was reflected in International Monetary Fund’s latest review on Near East and Central Asia Region.
The highest economic growth is expected to be in Turkmenistan (9.9%) and the lowest – in Azerbaijan.
For next year, IMF forecasts the highest economic growth in Turkmenistan (7.2%) and the lowest index – in Armenia (4.3%). For Azerbaijan, this index is expected to be 7.1%.
