An Azerbaijan Innovative Bank will be established in 2012, the draft budget for 2012 and the following three years reads.
The document was submitted to the Azerbaijani parliament for consideration. A National Innovation Programme will also be established in 2012.
There will be prepared a single plan for the training of scientists, based on proposals of scientific institutions and universities. The legal framework will be strengthened for the large-scale use of scientific achievements in socio-economic and cultural development.
The budget package has already been submitted to the deputies. The parliament will discuss the documents relating to the state budget of 2012 in November.
