Azerbaijani businessmen intend to build a medical institution in Georgia. The issue concerns mainly surgical departments.

The idea was put forward at a round table held in Radisson BLU hotel in Batumi on theme "Integration of Georgian Azerbaijanis to local community in the context of strategic Azerbaijani-Georgian partnership".
 
Advisor of the Azerbaijani Embassy in Georgia Shovgi Mehdizade noted that the construction of the clinic will be launched in coming days. According to the advisor, many Azerbaijanis come to Georgia to get medical treatment.

It was noted that tourism and medicine are amid main spheres if cooperation between Azerbaijan and Georgia.
