At the invitation of the Privatization and Post-Privatization Control Agency, the delegation led by Chairman of Azerbaijan State Committee on Property Issues Karam Hasanov paid a visit to Sofia city. Committee said the main purpose of the visit was extension, development of bilateral relations in the sphere of privatization of state property, attraction of investments to privatization, supporting the institutions after post privatization period, holding of trainings and seminars for cadres, conducting discussions on practice and information exchange.
During the visit Azerbaijani delegation held bilateral meetings with the director of Privatization and Post-Privatization Control Agency Emil Karanikolov and other representatives. Karanikolov spoke about the control measures taken during privatization and post privatization conducted in Bulgaria within framework of information exchange considered in cooperation memorandum between the sides.
Moreover, during the visit, the delegation met with the director of Bulgarian Cadastre Agency Alexandr Lazarov. Organization of unit cadastre of the real estate, as well as view exchange on establishment of ortophoto maps of the countries were discussed at the meeting.
At the end, agreement was achieved in relation to preparation of the draft memorandum on cooperation with the Bulgarian Cadastre Agency.
