In January-April, 2011, 17.7 mln tons of cargo and 80.1 mln passengers were transported in Azerbaijan area on TRACECA (Transport Corridor Europe-Caucasus-Asia), up 8% and 7% compared to a year ago, State Statistical Committee said.
Of this, 43.7% was transported by automobile, 35.5% by railway, 20.8% by sea transport.
AZN 115.2 mln came from cargo, AZN 24.4 mln from passenger transportations, up 12.6% And 20.3% from year earlier.
