The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) jointly with the Gulf Geophysic FZE (UAE) has created a closed limited company SOCAR Gulf, Azerbaijani Taxes Ministry said on Friday.

The new company’s authorized capital is 100,000 manat.

The company’s representative is Vasif Abdulkerimov.
