Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Youth and Sports has shown an initiative to give preferential mortgage loans to youth, This proposal was sounded by the Minister Azad Rahimov: "We would like young people to obtain mortgage loans with interest-free credit".
The minister told journalists that he supported the extension of program of social mortgage loans: "We wish the realization of social mortgage loan and allocation of big funds to this program".
Note that, at present, mortgage loans on account of state fund are given with 8%, social mortgage loans with 4% in Azerbaijan.
