The Financial Monitoring Service of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan conducts training by attracting the international expert to improve the country's analytical potential in the field of combating money laundering and terrorist financing, the service said.

The training takes place in Baku, with technical support of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) on April 18-22. The training is conducted by the international expert from the United States Arthur Mendez.

The training program covers such topics as collecting, analyzing and sharing information in combating money laundering and terrorist financing, methods for monitoring financial transactions.
