The Azerbaijani State Securities Committee registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered book-entry shares of the ASB Bank worth 1.886 million manat, the Committee reported.
The issue includes 9.43 million shares at par value of 2 manat each. The bank’s capital rose by 4.8% to 25.908 million manat in 2010, including the bank's authorized capital by 11% to 22.114 million manat.
