On Aug. 3o, the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) conducted a seminar to discuss primary program as part of the World Bank-led GGFR global initiative.
The seminar conducted by SOCAR Ecology Department has brought together representatives of the World Bank and international experts.
The participants have discussed a preliminary version of the plan for reducing SOCAR's associated gas emission to atmosphere. The seminar was attended by SOCAR and Azneft employees, operating companies and joint ventures.
