The Azerbaijan-Latvia business forum has commenced in Baku.
Presidents Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan and Valdis Zatlers of Latvia addressed the opening ceremony.
The business forum brought together representatives of some 120 Azerbaijani companies and 75 Latvian businessmen.
