The Ministry of Taxes has registered CNIM Azerbaycan LTD to construct and regulate a waste incineration plant in Baku by the "single window" principle.
Day.Az reports with reference to the Ministry of Taxes that the founding capital of the registered company made $100,000. The founders are CNIM Industry Netrherlands B.V. and CNIM Netherlands B.V.
Notably that the plant, to be constructed in Balakhany settlement in case a contract is signed with French CNIM, envisions incineration of household wastes in the temperature of 800 C with a parallel generation of electric power.
The plant will consist of two lines, each of a capacity of 250,000 tons with possible raising of capacity for one more line, that is for 50%, as well as turbines for power generation.
