Azerbaijan's industrial production made up AZN 4,100,000,000 in January-February of this year, which is 13.3% higher as compared to the same period of the last year.
The due announcement was made by a source from the State Statistical Committee.
The rise in industrial production and service in the non-oil sector made up 15.6%. At the same time, the rise in oil production totaled 12.1%, gas extraction 2 times, production of cars and equipment 27.5%, timber processing 52.8%, production of foodstuffs 12%, chemical production 2.6 times, metallurgy 52% and others.
Of this indicator state enterprises accounted for 20.4% of industrial production, while private sector 79.6%.
