Inflation rate made up 15.3% in Azerbaijan in January of 2008.
The due information has been provided by a source from the National Bank of Azerbaijan.
This is a 1.7% decline as compared to January of 2007.
It should be reminded that last ear the inflation rate made up 16.7% in Azerbaijan. Maximal inflation rate was recorded in January of the last year (17%) and minimal in July and August (15.9%).
As forecasted by the Azerbaijani government, inflation rate will make up 12-14% this year.
