Azerbaijan's Industry and Energy Minister, Natig Aliyev, met with Mihail Lupoi, head of Romanian delegation to NATO Parliamentary Assembly, Vice President of Parliamentary Assembly.
Natig Aliyev said that Azerbaijan shows great interest to take part in Nabucco pipeline. Aliyev added that Azerbaijan intends to build an oil refinery at Turkey's Ceyhan Port, the outfall of Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline, and take a stake in one of the European refineries. APA-Economics
