Inter RAO UES and AzerEnergy have agreed upon the price and volume of Russia's electricity exports to Azerbaijan up to the end of 2007, the Russian company's press service said.

Russia will resume energy delivery starting May 1. The price and the exact volume have not been disclosed.

The source also said that Russia and Azerbaijan have also arranged to get round to the work on the terms and conditions of long-term cooperation, and of 2008 energy supplies in particular. The two countries may also launch some joint projects in the electric energy area. RBC
