Georgia's Prime Minister Zurab Nogaideli told the journalists that in the frame of his visit to Baku, Georgia came to agreement to export electric energy to Azerbaijan.

Prime Minister noted that Georgia will export 300-350m kWt/h electric energy to Azerbaijan from May to September.

In the second half of 2008 the parties will begin to negotiate on gas export to Georgia. At present Azerbaijan delivers 1,3m cubic meters gas per day to Georgia through old gas pipeline and 1m cubic meters more gas through Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum gas pipeline. APA-Economics
