Azerbaijan's leading mobile operator Azercell Telecom has concluded GPRS/MMS roaming agreements with two operators of Israel-Partner and Celcom and two operators of Canada-Rogers and Fido.
Azercell press Service told APA-Economics that these are the first roaming agreements with the mobile operators of these countries. Azercell has to date signed 77 GPRS/MMS roaming deal with mobile operators of 36 countries.
