Azerbaijan's Amrah Sigorta Insurance Company intends to raise its nominal capital by 12.5% by this year's end.
Company's official Rovshana Javadova told APA-Economics that the company's authorized capital to reach AZN 800,000 through funding by local shareholders. The insurer raised its paid-in capital by 16.6% during 2006 through the rise in the number of shareholders. Two individuals established Amrah Insurance in 1993. It provides 3 compulsory and 14 voluntary insurance services at present.
