National Bank's notes will be floated on the Baku Stock Exchange on February 21.
The BSE told APA that the amount of notes is AZN 20, face value per not AZN 200, turnover period 28 days. Noncompetitive bids below 20% of the amount of the issue are allowed at the auction.
