In the nearest future, pension benefits will be delivered through plastic cards in large villages and settlements of Azerbaijan.
State Social Protection Fund told APA that International Bank of Azerbaijan and Kapital Bank will install additional 60 and 40 ATMs in regions respectively. The both state-owned banks won a contest for delivery of pension benefits three years ago. Azerbaijan has 1,181,675 pensioners, half of which receive benefits by plastic cards.
