As of November 1, the total amount of bank savings rose 54.1%, year-over-year, to AZN 704.9m in Azerbaijan.
State Statistical Committee told APA that the amount of foreign currency savings rose 29.6% to AZN 528.2m and the national currency savings grew by 3.5 times to AZN 175.7m. Privatly-owned banks hold 61.1% of the savings.
