Azerbaijan International Operating Company (AIOC) increased oil exports by 82.43%, year-over-year, to 18 726 000 metric tons during the period of January-November.
The consortium exported 5 615 000 tonnes of oil through Baku-Supsa pipeline, 2 883 000 tonnes of oil via Baku-Novorossiysk pipeline and 4 357 000 tonnes of oil via Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline. Besides, the AIOC delivered 3 870 000 tons of oil to Batumi Port, Georgia during this period. In total, 13 314 000 metric tons of oil were exported from Azerbaijan in 2005, which is a 49% rise on the previous year, APA reports.
