Cargo transportation in Azeri part of Transport Corridor Europe-Caucasus-Asia (TRACECA) reached 35.9m tonnes in the period of January-September which represents an increase of 7.2% as against last year's same period.
State Statistical Committee told APA that this indicator constitutes 35.4% of all cargo transportation in the country. Incomes from cargo and passenger carrying equaled AZN 164m. The incomes came from railway (62.9%), sea (18.8%) and automobile (18.3%).
