Baku Heating Center and Shimal Thermal Power Plant have been shut down for repair in the morning.
Bakielectricshebeke Press Service told APA that some interruptions are possible in the districts of Azizbayov, Sabunchu, Surakhani, Khatai and Nizami. The repair works will be complete on Nov.18.
