Azercell's official told APA that customers can send SMS at 50% discount from October 15 to December 31. Price per standard SMS is AZN 0.02 for prepaid customers, 5 talks units for SimSim and Bizden bize customers and 4 units for GencSim customers.

The discount is not effective for SMS to be sent to short numbers.
