The fund will be established by state budget income sources. They are road tax, simplified taxes by passenger and cargo carriers, excises on imported cars, customs duties on imported transport means, state duties for goods transportation and state duties for check up of transport means, including motorcycles, trailers and semitrailers.

According to the decree Cabinet of Ministers will work out and ratify expending regulations of the funds in 15 days, APA reports.

The decree will come into force in January 1, 2007.
