The collection of electric bills stood at 53% in September in Masalli.
Masalli Energy Supply Officer Allahverdi Ismayilov said 31 113 customers consumed 14mn KW/h of electric energy in September. 24 284 customers have paid the bill, Azerenergy OJSC press service told APA.
