Azerbaijan's mobile operator Azercell Telecom has mounted 38 stations in September in the capital of Baku and provinces.
27 were reportedly created in Baku, while 2 in Zagatala, the remaining ones in Ismailly, Tovuz, Tartar, Shamkir, Evlakh, Absheron, Goychay, Gobustan and in Sumgait as well. In total, 246 stations have been mounted over 9 months in Azerbaijan. Azercell Telecom is scheduled to mount 289 more stations at the end of 2006. AzerTAg
