Azerbaijan International Operating Company exported 12 631 000 tonnes of crude oil during the period of January-August. This figure is a 4 103 000 or 48.1% rise on the same period last year.

As APA reports, that it delivered 4 708 000 tonnes of oil to the Consortium through Baku-Supsa during this period. This figure is a 141 000 tonnes increase as against the same period last year.

AIOC exported 543 807 tonnes of oil through Western route in August.
Besides, 2 400 235 tonnes of oil were exported through Baku-Novorossiysk pipeline during January-August. This figure is a 1 118 000 tonnes or 2 times increase on the same period last year.

Consortium exported 92 812 000 tonnes of oil through Northern route.
3 149 000 tonnes of Consortium-owned oil were delivered to the Black Sea’s Batumi Port during this period. This figure is a 5.5 times or 2 578 000 increase on the same period last year.

217 116 tonnes of oil were exported in through railway in August.
2 373 571 tonnes of crude oil during this period including 1 113 808 tonnes of crude in August were exported through Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan.

Azerbaijan exported 8 937 000 tonnes of oil in 2004 and 13 314 000 in 2005.
