SOCAR purchased 315.2mn cubic meters of gas from Russian Gasexport for power plants during August.
During the past eight months of the year the SOCAR bought 2 985.5mn cubic meters of natural gas. SOCAR press service told APA that during this period 12.4mn cubic meters of gas per day were imported. 10.7mn cubic meters of gas are planned to be purchased from Russia in next month.
