BakuTel 2006 will gather over 120 companies from 20 world countries which will present the latest achievements made in the ICT field and share the newest information with the consumer on October 3-6, ITECA Caspian told APA.

The exposition area is expected to increase by 50% in comparison with the previous year. A delegation from USA representing 15 companies of the given industry will arrive at the Exhibition. The conference traditionally held in the framework of BakuTel will this year open the subject of "Special economic zones – a new direction in the sustainable development of Azerbaijan economy". The remarkable fact about BakuTel is that for the first time the Exhibition will be held under the aegis of the President of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev.
