Azerbaijani Auditors Chamber and Baku Office of Pricewaterhouse Coopers organized a seminar on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
The Chamber told APA that the principal aim of the two-day seminar is to improve finance-accounting system and to increase efficiency of reforms in accommodate, harmonize the system with the international experience. Experts of Azerbaijani Auditors Chamber and Pricewaterhouse Coopers will make a report and views will be exchanged at the seminar. The seminar will also contribute to implementation of the program for development of national accounting standards in 2003-2007 for purpose of transition to International Accounting Standards.
