Preparations related to official opening ceremony of Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan main oil pipeline, are in progress.
According to APA, Mariah Carey will perform a concert at the opening of BTC opening ceremony. All the preparations are implemented at the highest security level. In general $3,5m allocated for the ceremony.
