Transport Ministry offcial told APA that issues on expansion of cooperation in freight and passengers transportation and simplification of border checkpoint procedures and a protocol was drew up. During the meeting questions on implementation of transportation via the third country were discussed.

The previous meeting between Russia and Azerbaijan on automobile transportation was held in Makhachkala in 1994.
