Construction of the Imishli Sugar Mill cost $80 million. It is planned to process daily 5 thousand tons of sugar beet and 1 thousand ton of raw sugar in the plant which was laid down in 2003. Annual production will be 300-350 thousand tons. 100 thousand people will be hired.
