As of 1 January, 2006, credit investments in various sectors of economy, including past-due loans have totaled 7204.8 billion manats with natural persons getting 29.09% of them, National Bank's press-service reported.
As AzerTAg reports, trade and service sector was credited to the amount of 1805.6 bln manats (26.31%), transport and communications 640.8 billion manats (9.34%), light and heavy industry - 416.9 bln manats (6.07%), energy and natural resources sector 906.8 billion manats (13.21%), agriculture - 488 billion manats (7.11%). State-run organizations claimed 41.1 bln manats (0.60%) of credit investments and construction and real estate - 411.6 bln manats (6%). The remaining 156.1 bln manats (2.27%) of credits were invested in other sectors.
