The lawsuit was filed in relation to groundlessness of blocking of address space and e-mail exchange system between internet providers and Azeronline Ltd in 2005. The Company considered that it was rural violation of law, Trend reports.

According to Aghakishiyev, the lawsuit was due to be considered at the sitting of the Economic Court on International Arguments on 23 January, but it was postponed. The head of the Company thinks that there are no claims to the state bodies any more and the issues may be discussed in working condition in regard to the decision of the Antimonopoly Department on raising of restrictions.
