As APA reports citing the head of the Department Rahim Huseynov, issues concerning correspondence of technical characteristics demonstrated during advertising campaigns of cellular phones to reality, quality of cellular phone sets and etc. will be inspected during the monitoring.

R.Huseynov said that 15-20 appeals complaining of quality of cellular phones had been submitted to the Department during the last year.

In general, the Department intends to implement 50 items of monitoring this year. The monitoring will mainly cover food products, building materials and other segments of the market.

It should be noted that the Department will start the monitoring after approving the plan of operation for this year.
