APA was informed about it by the head of the Baku representation of the "Gasexport" branch enterprise of "Gasprom" Akif Hasanov. According to his words, the date of the talks was defined in accordance with an agreement of the sides and the Russian representatives will come to Baku next week.

The postponement of the talks to the next week was explained by changes in administration of SOCAR.
