According to the State Agency on Agricultural Credits (SAAC), this system will enable a single organ to conduct data on immovable property state register of that is implemented in a retail form and to give state guarantee to inviolability of rights.

Preparatory works are carried out in other districts of the republic for establishment of SCRS at present, too. The specialists and advisers of the "Geomatik" company of Switzerland, "Swedesurvey" company of Sweden, "ILS" company of Ukraine and "Risk" company of Azerbaijan participated in establishment of the system in the autonomous republic.

In general, $ 2 million 600 thousand were spent for the creation of this system in the autonomous republic.
