6 new projects were determined for the next year at the meeting of the TRACECA Intergovernmental Commission held in Kiev last week.
The national secretary of TRACECA in Azerbaijan Akif Mustafayev told APA that 5 of the projects include implementation of various researches and investigations in the basins of the Black and Caspian Seas. Another project is on air transportion. The project of transport logistics center was adopted in initiative of Azerbaijan in TRACECA for 2006. According to the words of A.Mustafayev, the transport logistics center will be established in Baku in the framework of that project. The branches of the center will also be opened in Kiev and Almati.
