Aliyev saying that the part of the pipeline in Turkey are now being filled with oil, noted that there are some complications with the pipeline: "although we plan to carry the oil to the world market through Ceyhan till the end of the year, independent experts forecast this can be realized in January-February".

"It should be noted that the testing operations also take much time. We have one problem in Turkey that the third station should be started soon. This will be implemented in few days too. Delays are natural," said the SOCAR president.

Regarding Kazakhstan’s participation in the BTC Aliyev noted that negotiations are successfully going on: "the intergovernmental contract is ready. At the same time we are preparing to sign a contract on transit. Recently I have talked to Kazakh side on a phone. We will meet in the nearest time to discuss it".
