The Russian government made a decision on opening of some trade representations in different countries, which will require solution of numerous technical problems.

"The trade representation will be a body of the Economic Development Ministry. The goal of the representation will be to expand economic relations and stimulate foreign trade growth. If in 2004 the trade turnover between Russian and Azerbaijan comprised $300 millions, we hope to increase the figure up to $1 billion," said Gennadiy Yevsukov, the spokesman of the Russian embassy in Azerbaijan.
