The Ministry of Taxes and Baku city Taxes Department continue with the extraordinary mobile tax inspections at facilities belonging to the "Azpetrol" group of companies. However there are known some preliminary results of the inspections that show that the company was hiding some of its profits.

The press-service of the Ministry of Taxes informs that it managed already to find some violations in the work of the company. According to the information, it was revealed during the inspections that one of the petrol-filling stations belonging to the "Azpetrol" group of companies was built illegally. There are no respective licenses for that petrol-filling station, 8 objects engaged in oil products sale, and the oil base.

The Ministry also informed that results of the observation conducted by means of the time-keeping method at the petrol stations of "Azpetrol" show that an amount of an average daily sale increased a lot in comparison with previous times which was not shown in the papers.

At the same time, it was revealed during the investigation that in the most cases cash registers had not been registered in tax organs. It was also revealed that the department dues for administrative building, a supply base and a berth for ships to cast anchors had been reduced several times and no contract was concluded in 2005. By doing so, the company evaded a great amount of taxes to be paid to the state budget.

Though extraordinary mobile tax inspections are continued in the mentioned enterprise, all companies included in the "Azpetrol" group of companies continue their work in a normal regime.
