International Monetary Fund compiled the rating list of world states according to the level of national income per person.
Azerbaijan is in the 120th place among 180 countries with 1.240 dollars of national income.
According to the calculations of IMF, the level of national income in 43 countries, income level per person is more than 10.000 dollars.
The richest country of the world is the Kingdom of Luxembourg. The volume of national income per person is 69.929 dollars in that country with the population of 455.000.
Advancing its closest rival Norway (54.521 dollars) 15.408 dollars, Luxembourg is 768 times richer than the poorest country of the world Burundi (91 dollars).
Other rich countries are Switzerland (49.305 dollars), Denmark (44.929 dollars) ,Ireland (44.888 dollars), the USA (39.934 dollars), Sweden (38.449 dollars) ,Qatar (37.610 dollars). Prestigious states of the world Japan (36.575dolars) is in the 10th place, England (35.460 dollars) in the 13th, Germany (32.695dollars) in the 16th, France (32.663 dollars) in the 17th, Canada (31.209 dollar) in the 18th, Italy (29.219dollars) in the 20th, Spain (24.144 dollars) in the 22nd, Greek Cyprus (19.202dollars) in the 27th, Greece (18.722 dollars) in the 28th, Israel (17.695 dollars) in the 29th place.
Turkey is in the 62nd place for national income 4.251 dollars per person. Bulgaria (3.074 dollars) is in 80th place, Iran (2.473 dollars) in the 87th, Syria (1.308) in the 110th, Armenia (1.093) in 117th, Azerbaijan (1.024) in the 120th, Georgia (866) in 123rd place.
The poorest countries in Europe are Moldova (716 dollars), Ukraine (1.366 dollars), Bosnia-Herzegovina (2.129) and Albania (2.131).
