Prices for gold and silver decreased in Azerbaijan Oct. 9, according to the data published by the country’s Central Bank.

The price of gold decreased by 10.0554 manats to 2,025.261 manats per ounce in the country on Oct. 9, compared to the price on Oct. 8.

The price of silver decreased by 0.1415 manats to 24.5072 manats per ounce.

The price of platinum increased by 12.4865 manats to 1,404.625 manats.

Meanwhile, the price of palladium increased by 15.4445 manats to 1,832.362 manats in the country.

The precious metals are gold, silver, platinum and metals of platinum group (palladium, iridium, ruthenium, rhodium, osmium) brought to the highest fineness (999.9). The precious metals are sold as ingots, coins or powder and have the appropriate quality certificates.
