After permission on property purchase by foreign citizens in Turkey, Azerbaijani citizens tops the list of purchasers, Soysal Group representative Yelena Archibasheva said.
To her, Azerbaijanis buy property mainly in Istanbul and Bodrum cities. Properties are different for the price and type. The second place is occupied by Russian citizens.
