A seminar on strengthening of participation opportunities in the international standardization process has today started in Azerbaijan`s capital.
The seminar co-organized by the Technical Assistance and Information Exchange (TAIEX) programme of the European Commission and the Azerbaijan State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents brings together experts from the member states of the European Union and officials of relevant government bodies.
The aim of the event is to study participation experience of the Azerbaijan State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents in the international standardization process of the relevant bodies of EU member states, as well as expanding opportunities of participation of the interested sides in the national technical committees established by other government bodies.
